This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to pre-recorded video courses offered through Artik Design Studio. By purchasing any course, the user is deemed to have accepted the terms outlined below.

 

1. Registration and Purchase Process

 

Once the purchase is completed, the user gains access to the course content.

After the purchase, a personal account is created for the user, providing unlimited access to the purchased courses through this account.

 

2. İptal ve İade Koşulları

 

If Course Content Has Not Been Accessed: If the user has not accessed the course content within 24 hours after the purchase, they may request a cancellation and refund.

If Course Content Has Been Accessed: Once access to the video content is granted, due to the nature of the service, no cancellations or refunds are permitted.

Technical Issues: If the user cannot access the course due to technical problems not caused by them, and the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be issued.

 

 

3. İade Süreci

 

Approved refund requests will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.

Artik Design Studio is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.
